1. Order Cancellation Conditions

  • Unshipped Orders: If the order has not been shipped within 48 hours of placing the order, it can be directly canceled.

  • Shipped Orders or Orders Exceeding 48 Hours: The order cannot be canceled. You can wait for the product to be delivered and then apply for a return and refund according to our Return and Exchange Policy.

2. Order Cancellation Process

  • Please contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing your order number, payment proof, and other relevant information to request order cancellation.

  • Our customer service team will process your request promptly. If the cancellation is approved, we will inform you of the result and arrange for a refund as soon as possible.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: The refund will be processed back to the payment method you used (such as American Express, JCB, Mastercard, VISA, etc.).

  • Refund Time: The refund will be credited based on the processing efficiency of the bank or card provider, and it is expected to take 10-15 business days. If the refund is not received within this time frame, please contact us for assistance.
