Deconoura (hereinafter referred to as "we") offers shipping services within Australia. Shipping to other countries and regions is not available at this time. Please read the following shipping policy to understand our delivery and related services.
1. Delivery Area
We currently only offer shipping within Australia. Shipping to other countries and regions is not available.
2. Shipping Fees
Free Shipping: Orders of 130 AUD or more (including 130 AUD) qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Fee: Orders under 130 AUD will incur a flat shipping fee of 5.99 AUD.
3. Order Processing and Cut-off Time
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).
Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the following business day. If the order is placed on a public holiday, processing will be delayed until the next business day.
4. Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.
5. Shipping Time
Once shipped, your order is expected to arrive within 7-10 business days.
6. Shipping Carriers
We use the following carriers for delivery: UPS, DHL Express, and Australia Post.
7. Tracking Your Order
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and carrier information.
You can track your order by visiting the “Track My Order” page on our website and entering your order number or email address/phone number.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
Product Damage or Loss: If your product is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Order Modifications and Cancellations: Once your order is processed, modifications or cancellations cannot be made. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes before processing begins.
Delivery Address Accuracy: Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery address when placing an order. We are not responsible for any delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
9. Delivery Acceptance
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items for any damage. If you notice any issues, take photos and contact our customer support team immediately.
